Restaurant: Chef Hung Taiwanese Beef Noodle

Were out and about with wife to Aberdeen Center on Saturday and had 2 choices between Tropika or Chef Hung Taiwanese Beef Noodle. Since we had Malaysian cuisine last week, we decided to go to Chef Hung instead.

Chef Hung Entrance
We're quite a big fan of Taiwanese Beef Noodle as wife likes the chewy flat noodle and I like the soup base.

Chef Hung TBN is apparently a well-known international brand name. According to the website, they have two restaurants in Lower Mainland (one in Richmond and the other at West Vancouver), one in Irvine, California, one in Beijing, China, and of course the HQ somewhere in Taiwan.

Taiwanese Beef Noodle
We like Chef Hung's in particular due to a few reasons:
  • Lots of Beef!
  • Beefs were torched individually
  • The chewiness and size of the noodle were just right
  • Not too spicy
Price is definitely on the higher end a little bit as two bowls cost us $25 (including tax and tips) but we were satisfied with the food and service, as usual.
